Privacy
Short version: if you sign up, we keep your email address so we can email you the chart. Nothing else.
What the signup stores
- Your email address, plus the date it was added and whether you are subscribed. It is added to our list only after you click the confirm link we send (double opt-in). An unconfirmed address is never added to the list. Sending the confirm email does leave a send record (address, subject, delivery status) in Resend's delivery log, which Resend keeps for its standard retention period: 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans, per Resend's data retention page.
- Abuse limits: to stop bots, a one-way hash of your IP address and of your email address is counted in Cloudflare's cache for up to one hour, then expires. We don't keep a log of IP addresses.
No name, no tracking cookies, no ads, no selling or sharing of your address.
Who processes it
- Resend (resend.com) sends our email and stores the subscriber list as our processor. Resend privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the signup code. Cloudflare privacy policy.
We turn off email open and click tracking.
How to unsubscribe
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom, and most mail apps show an Unsubscribe button. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “unsubscribe”. To have your address deleted, not just unsubscribed, email the same address and we'll delete it.
